A good quality banjo-uke made in the USA by the Rose Morris banjo company, 1920s. This uke has been kept in excellent condition showing little sign of wear because of a nacrilaque or pearloid veneer, which has protected the woodwork all these years. Fingerboard, resonator and pot are all pristine.

The neck also shows little wear, but has possibly been revarnished - though not in last 20 years since I have owned it. All metalwork is brass, tuners look original.

I fitted a new vellum and new strings a few months ago.

The case is a UK GH&S case from about the same era - in good condition for its age.
