Martin
Style 3 Soprano SOLD! Mahogany Martin 3, dating from between 1921 and 1923. Has all the usual appointments of a style 3 of that period: ebony fretboard with five-ply b/w stripe, m.o.p. diamond-shaped fret position markers, White nut with black stripe, bone saddle, celluloid moustache below bridge, and original Grover tuners. It sounds wonderful and is a joy to play. |

There are several
fairly short cracks in the lower bout of the top and one
on the back, they are all pretty old as far as I can tell,
and they are tight and stable. There is also a very small
amount of play wear on the upper bout. It comes with a brand new Crossrock hard case, which is excellent and fits it like a glove. |
