Gibson Style 3 soprano ukulele SOLD! GIBSON style 3 ukulele with deluxe red plush-lined hard shell case. Believed to be circa 1927, these Gibsons were top of the range and are now quite rare. The uke has a quiet sweet tone and is accurate up the fretboard. Because of its age the original varnish is 'crazed' and there is some heavy playing wear around the usual strumming areas. The bridge holes could maybe do with filling in as these have worn with time. Other than that it looks gorgeous and is in excellent order, diamond shaped inlays and 'The Gibson' silkscreen in gold on peghead. Any questions please ask! |
