Gibson 'Trapdoor' ukulele-banjo

I'm selling my Gibson 'Trapdoor' banjo-uke. This model was made briefly in the mid-1920s, and is quite a rarity.
It needs some restoration work as you can see by the photos. Everything is there except the case, there's no case included.
I took it to Hobgoblins in Brighton and the guy tuned it and put a new bridge so it was playable. Since then it has been in a suitcase under the stairs and is no longer in tune. I was advised not to restore it as I might lower the value and told to leave that for the new owner.
It does look like it had a signature on the skin at one time but it has faded. It also has 'RMH 1931' scratched on the heel as you can see in the photos. It also has a serial number 8100-2 inside it and a pencil written no. 49 in it.
