Gibson UB1 ukulele-banjo. A delightful vintage USA banjo-uke with "The Gibson" (pre-1930) peghead logo. This model has the smaller 6 inch diameter (150mm) vellum and the overall length is approximately 19.5 inches (500mm). This makes it particularly suitable for a younger player, but collectors and musicians alike will not fail to appreciate the brilliant and distinctive tone that only a vintage Gibson can provide. Likewise the quality of manufacture is first class, making this a very desirable instrument. There are 10 tension hooks and 17 frets. The tailpiece has been fitted with a small leather pad to cushion the player's arm, but this pad is easily removable if not required.
