Dallas ukulele-banjos models 'D' and 'E'

A pair of 'George Formby' Dallas banjo-ukes: E/1158 and D/1931.

My uncle, Reg Payne, was a big George Formby fan and took up playing and entertaining while serving in Africa during the war.
Unfortunately the instrument he had was stolen just prior to his return to the UK.
He bought the Dallas model 'E' from Selmer's music shop in Charing Cross Road (on hire purchase) and five years later the Dallas 'D'. I have the original receipts for both instruments!

He played both of these ukes regularly until shortly before his death in 2000. My aunt had possession of the instruments until her death in
2018, when they passed to me.
Reg was a member of the George Formby Society and wrote in
The Vellum, and he also had an obituary published in that magazine.
His wishes were that they were to go to one owner in their twin case if possible.
I am prepared to have them couriered to the purchaser. They are in good condition but both ukes need replacement vellums.
