Topping the bill in 2009 were Simmons & Simmons, a father and son comedy act known as 'the funniest thing on four legs'! Andy Eastwood returned by popular demand, his musical speciality act being a highlight of the Christmas Seaside Special in 2007. |

Singers Victoria Scott and Aston Dobson led the versatile ensemble through a variety of favourites to suit all the family, with music ranging from light opera to rock. The superb choreography of director Di Cooke put the dancers through their paces as they brought glamour and energy to every slick routine. The musical direction of Nigel Hogg, plus sets and costumes by award-winning designers, were the finishing touches that helped make Seaside Special a production worthy of its reputation as the very best in modern variety entertainment. The show also featured local talent from the Marlene School of Dancing and young magician Luke Cook, who won the final of Norfolk's Got Talent to secure his place on the bill.
