| A very rare pre-war
Abbott Monarch, only 3 like this known to exist! It dates from 1925 and is immaculate - the best sounding uke I’ve owned! Also very easy to play due to its low action. Original hardware, even original leather bridge markers. The resonator has been replaced with an exact replica made by the best in the business, Dave Barnes, and Eddie Uttley made a 5mm brass hoop for it that sits on top of the spinning, allowing more scope to pull the vellum down without fouling the shoes.
